SMU Spartan: Why join a new university, SMU, and not a 100-year-old one?
Nadir Zafar was one of the 300 students who joined SMU when it opened in 2000. He had turned down an offer to study engineering in NUS.
Twenty-one years later Nadir shares with Venkat how SMU influenced and shaped him both inside and outside the classroom, through internships and overseas experiences.
