Your mindset is everything and when you run a business your focus gotta be right. You can’t let your ego take over when you run a successful business, be willing to take early to late calls. Balancing time is everything but always invest in yourself for a greater purpose out here. I had my years of being an employee and random layoffs; you get tired of that. Most can’t understand mind over matter. Clocking out when you the owner takes planning but I’d rather be in control of my time.
