Episode 216: The Cult and the Hive Mind w/ Mark Russell with The Forgotten Divine for Ahoy Comics

Today we bring Eisner Winning Writer Mark Russell back onto the Pod to talk about his latest project for Ahoy Comics and their first on Kickstarter: The Forgotten Divine. Where we meet Rodney Coleman a former EOD Veteran, unhoused but in Therapy. He tells his Therapist of a recurring dream he has of an alien world that seems too real. While some may have made his vision seem as a delusion, he finds that he is not the only one having these visions. This spirals into the indoctrination of many people with different personalities being haunted by their distrust of the outside world as they feel no one can understand them but themselves. The bond that brought a select few together is overseen with corruption and allegations with such a climactic ending. This is also in collaboration with Matt Kindt's 100% Human Made certification a strike against AI in Comics. Now Live on Kickstarter
