The MORE Act

The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act of 2019 was introduced to the House of Representatives by Jerry Nadler and the Senate by Kamala Harris. People who have wrongfully been affected by the war on drugs have a harder time getting into the cannabis industry due to a lack of funds and or criminal offenses. The MORE Act has a social equity plan to pardon some cannabis offenses and promote small minority business owners.
