The 24-team playoff gives Nebraska a better chance of winning a national championship…but doesn’t it make it easier to move on from a coach, too?

-When the playoff expands to 24 teams, it will do a couple of things---make it easier to make the playoff; kill the bowl season; and,

make it easier for colleges to fire their coaches—depending on buyout situation

-We can complain all we want about the expansion to 24 teams, but it’s happening…is there any reason why Nebraska shouldn’t be in

it every few years or what will the expectation be? How long can you wait to actually be in it and win a game and advance?
