-Iowa’s loss to Minnesota was great for Husker fans…but then we saw Scott Frost and UCF upset BYU in 2 OT (39-31)…after Illinois hadtaken down Oregon, 21-10, in Champaign to send Dylan Raiola home with a loss-Husker fans certainly aren’t sad to see Raiola lose, but a loss at Illinois further validates the pain of the loss in Eugene lastweekend…PLUS, Oregon’s loss this time got offensive coordinator Drew Mehringer fired for a sputtering offense Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

-It’s Nebraska’s bye week, so let’s check in with the Buckeyes, who also are in their bye week---but in a world of confusion with JulianSayin out for (reportedly) the rest of the season. -When the playoff expands to 24 teams, it will do a couple of things---make it easier to make the playoff; kill the bowl season; and, make it easier for colleges to fire their coaches—depending on buyout situation-We can complain all we want about the expansion to 24 teams, but it’s happening…is there any reason why Nebraska shouldn’t be init every few years or what will the expectation be?
