Through this arrangement, the two organizations will decisively coordinate in the general advancement process, like a revelation, AAV packaging services, producing, and clinical preliminaries of counter acting agent and cell medicines, stable cell line and related exploration and administration projects.

Gene and cell therapy, as well as immunotherapy products, belong to the advanced medicinal products category, and a wide variety of product platforms involve new technologies in development, production and control. Innovation in gene and cell therapy expanded many drug development pipelines, and startups that are lacking internal production capacities heavily rely on CDMO.

When combined with modern technology for gene expression including cells-specific promoters as well as the Cre/lox system and genome-editing, AAVs provide a feasible quick, cost-effective, and affordable alternative to conditional knockouts or the transgenic mice models.

But, there are many obstacles to widespread AAV cell line use, including ineffective methods for purification and small viral numbers. We present an improved procedure to make AAVs with serotypes that are not dependent on their genotypes.
