Is it possible that ESPN is preparing for a three man broadcast booth? Buck, Pat, and... Aaron? They've tried it before....How much F1 did Joe watch from Texas? After two weeks of RedZone Sunday Naps... we get a clock change (+1 hour) and another opportunity for a glorious nap this week before Sunday Night Football when the Commanders take the field at home after their bye vs the Eagles. Don't look now but the Commanders are 1-4-1 and just two games out of first place in the terrible NFC LEAST. JD5 played a complete game but falls to 1-6-1 in his last 8 while DQ falls to 3-17-1 in his last 21... Jayden hasn't won a game in 390 days? is that possible! In better news, the Wizards are set to start their season in which FP, LP, and Joe all have them going over 45 wins later this week and the Capitals clearly still have some plans for this young season.

How fitting that episode 400 celebrates the curse as the previous 399. JD5 returns to action but Ron 2.0 costs the Commanders the game. What are they doing? Why are we so laughably bad at clock management? How can average fans have more situational awareness than millionaire coaches and players? #EmbarrassingAsHail

What else can you say... year after year, administration after administration, nothing changes. The referee's hate us, the league doesn't care, the coaches are learning on the fly, and the ownership seems to be content with status quo. FP and Joe are covering the fallout from another loss for the Commanders... 3 wins out of their last 16 games... 3-13... how disgusting. Who's to blame and who isn't? Would you rather be the Browns? Cardinals? Dolphins? The boys do their best to setup a must-win next week against the Giants... but nobody believes anymore.

The NFL season is here! We are back! FP, Andy, and Joe are in fired up to get into all the NFL action including the "Australia" game... which was so so so... BAD! The Commanders lost but so did the Cowboys and there were several surprises around the league too! It's so good to be back!

Crabcake, FP, and Joe are ready to review not one, not two, not three, but four movies on the latest installment of the Offseason Movie Club, otherwise known as the OMC. Four completely different movies and so many reactions... a DNF, a delayed finish, and a number of surprise reactions. This is a thiccccc episode to end the summer as we prepare for football season! FP, LP, and Joe are in studio for a rare mid-day pod and LP immediately starts off where the last show ended, with tech problems and terrible takes. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE POINT OF THE PRACTICE SQUAD IS? Plus some random thoughts on DC open wheel racing and one cast member tries to force a tennis conversation... yes, tennis!

FP, Razzle, and Joe are on the mics... but all the boys, literally ALL... the whole cast of DTC submitted their game day predictions... winners, losers, and why... and in some cases the guys are tracking how hot the coaches' seat may get as well depending on a few likely scenarios. Crabcake, FP, and Joe are back reviewing movies and they went the blockbuster route... with a twist. There is no doubting that Miami Vice was a tentpole when it released in 2006 but what was Amazon thinking with Ghost War for summer 2026... and did Apple initially have similar thoughts for The Gorge before switching it to a Valentines Day release? The boys have many many thoughts and they share them all! Enjoy!

LP is coming in hot making bold claims and now that people he can hear him he won't stop talking! The boys discuss preseason football at large, and go a mile deep on the Commanders and what they are watching for on both sides of the ball. Plus Beal rejoins the Clippers and the Lakers got flipped for a cool billion in just over a year!

FP, LP, and Joe are in studio and discussing everything from the Commanders secondary to AJ and his trip to China and what the Wizards should do with AD. LP is still trying to convince the boys to watch the MLS, FP is already in NFL-mode and is excited about Hard Knocks, while Joe is waiting nervously for Ted Lasso season four to debut. Plus... Clay Travis starting his own WNBA franchise called "the Balls" is the stuff of legends!

Well, we are officially into the beginning of the end of summer with the Commanders opening training camp this week! FP, LP, and Joe are running the three-man-weave on an out of sorts mid day show that of course includes audio issues they must work through. The big talk is all about Lebron, his tarnished legacy, and what exactly the threesome expect from him as he commutes to and fro NYC as a member of the 76ers. Volume up! Share with a friend please! FP and Joe are back in studio to put a bow on their weekend adventures and the World Cup which concluded with Spain beating Argentina. One lad has never seen Desperado (how is that possible), two gents had never seen Greenbook, and all three hosts sat down to watch The Wrecking Crew for the first time before gathering to share their thoughts on all three. FP and Joe are in studio discussing what was and what might have been regarding the US National Team and what the defeat at the hands (feet) of the Belgians means for US soccer. Cape Verde stole our hearts but VAR saved Argentina... twice... and what are we supposed to do without footy as the end draws near. 

The World Cup has captured everyone's attention.. even FPs. Is there a bigger or more pressure filled moment in sports than taking penalty kicks for your country in front of 100,000 people? We saw it TWICE in the same day... plus, Joe is begging the Warriors to trade for AD and to sign LeBron... the Capitals are re-loading fast.. and well, in general... what a great time to be alive!
