Les Brown - This Right Here Is the Winner's Quality | Motivational Speech

🔥 Les Brown was labelled educable mentally retarded as a child, told he would never amount to anything, and went on to become one of the greatest motivational speakers who has ever lived. He knows exactly what separates winners from everyone else. 💥

Les Brown has spent decades studying, living, and teaching what it takes to win when everything is stacked against you. Born in poverty, given up for adoption, written off by the education system before he reached his teens — he had every reason to accept the life that was handed to him. He refused. In this speech, Les Brown identifies the single quality he believes every winner shares, and it is not talent, intelligence, or luck.

In this episode, Les Brown breaks down why the defining quality of a winner is the refusal to stay down. Everybody gets knocked over. Everybody faces the setback, the rejection, the season where nothing works. What separates the people who eventually win is not that they avoided those moments — it is that they never once accepted the floor as their final position. They got up. Again and again, longer than the situation demanded and longer than most people would consider reasonable.

Les Brown also speaks to what that quality demands of you in practice. It is not dramatic. It is the unglamorous decision, made repeatedly in private, to try one more time after the last attempt failed. Most people quit at a point that looks entirely justified from the outside. Winners keep going past it, which is precisely why the results look so different.

If you have been knocked down recently — if the effort is not working, the doubt is loud, and staying down would be completely understandable right now — Les Brown's words will put you back on your feet. You have got to be hungry. Get up. That is the quality. That has always been the quality.
