Tara Radniecki is the head of the DeLaMare Science &amp; Engineering Library of the University of Nevada, Reno. She pushes the traditional boundaries of academic libraries by facilitating a patron-centered framework in the library through unique resources, services, and programming. In addition to its STEM and map-based collections, the DeLaMare Library contributes to campus research and learning via its innovative Data &amp; GIS Services and Makerspace.
