From Footballer to Hitman.. Norwegian Teen Jailed for 20 Years Over UK Murder Mission

In March 2025, 18-year-old Norwegian teenager Johannes Kongsnes Natland travelled to the UK after being recruited online for a €25,000 contract killing. Directed by a mysterious contact known as “Agent 47,” he collected firearms, ammunition, and cash before British counterterrorism police arrested him at a Huddersfield hotel.

Investigators linked the murder plot to the Foxtrot Network, a Swedish organised crime group sanctioned by the UK and US. In this episode of You Can't Unhear, we examine the online recruitment, the international police operation, the trial, and the mystery of an intended victim who has never been identified.
