BARRY MORPHEW Arrested AGAIN... His Bond Just Jumped to $10 MILLION

Barry Morphew is back behind bars while awaiting trial for the alleged murder of his wife, Suzanne Morphew. After being released on a $3 million bond in 2025, Morphew was accused of violating his release conditions following an alleged August 2026 hit-and-run in Denver. The incident prompted Judge Amanda Hopkins to examine his GPS history, revealing trips to Denver International Airport, restaurants, hotels, stores and other locations prosecutors argued were outside his permitted tra vel.

On September 8, the judge sharply criticized Morphew's compliance with court orders and increased his bond to $10 million cash-only. If released again, he will face far stricter home-confinement conditions.
