PART 2 KJ BIERMANN: Seven Charges & New Allegations.. Prosecutors Revealed What Was on His Phone

The case against Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. has expanded dramatically since his August 2026 arrest. The 15-year-old has now been indicted on seven felony charges, while his attorneys are fighting to move the case from Georgia Superior Court into the juvenile system.

During KJ’s bond hearing, prosecutors revealed an earlier juvenile case involving alleged sexual battery and claimed investigators discovered videos on his phone involving a younger family member. KJ was ultimately granted $200,000 bond under strict conditions, including electronic monitoring and restrictions involving minors, phones and social media. Prosecutors have since filed an emergency motion seeking forensic interviews with additional minors and changes to KJ’s bond conditions. KJ maintains his innocence, and his attorneys continue emphasizing that testing after the original allegation reportedly found no male DNA.
