Ashley returns with three more lessons on the art of being a therapist. She reflects on why we never fully leave ourselves behind—even while unplugging and shares takeaways from nine books she read on the road. Along the way: rest, identity, memory, categorization, and the power of perspective to change how we see everything, including our clients.
