Emotion-Focused Therapy and Attachment
Morgen and Ashley talk with Maury, a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Maury shares how she went from a bored high school student to crisis work, a graduate program disrupted by COVID, and eventually a private practice focused on couples. It’s an honest conversation about relationships, the realities of the therapy field, and what happens when the support is not there.
