One part is taken but another is found in a bandits mountain fortress

I learn that a thief known as "Scavenger" is on the trail of the key. I go to a retired bandit a mountain fortress and learn the map to one part has been taken by the scavenger for reason unknown and the key is in a poisoned cave. On brighter note one part of key is caves here.
