Reality Check On Midterms: Will Abdul El. Sayad Then Act On It?

Here's a question: Abdul El Sayad has won, and that was a real victory and he talked about how he was against the US using Pakistan among others to wage war in the region...does that mean we can expect him to act on it and ensure Imran Khan's freedom? So that Pakistan can have its elected PM back and running the govt?
