After taking a little time away balancing an incredibly busy season of life and work, I’m so excited to return with a conversation that feels deeply personal and meaningful to me. In today’s episode, I sit down with one of my dearest friends, astrology mentor, and beautiful soul, Laura Brogan.

Together, we talk about our journeys with astrology, our love for astrology, and how this incredible language of patterns, timing, healing, and self-understanding has shaped both of our lives.

Astrology has been a quiet love of mine since I was 14 years old reading my mother’s Linda Goodman Love Signs book and becoming fascinated by the insight and validation astrology could bring. That curiosity stayed with me throughout my life until Laura entered my world over 12 years ago, opening an entirely new chapter of learning and deeper understanding for me.

In this episode, we share the kinds of conversations Laura and I have had for years — through voice texts, in person, and throughout our friendship about intuition, spirituality, relationships, healing, and the beautiful teachings of astrology.
