We must be constantly reminded that we are prone to darker things. This fact should prompt forgiveness to well up within us, even when we have been wronged, because on so many occasions, it was us who did the wronging.

The signs are all in nature. Everything is constantly moving and changing. If the shark stops swimming, it dies. If we don&#39;t exercise our muscle, they atrophy. We should always be moving towards something. Toward God, toward health, toward justice, toward progress, toward peace. Standing still is simply not an option. We must move.
