Today, I explore my childhood love for the musical, Sound of Music. I grew up on it and couldn&#39;t understand why everyone didn&#39;t love it. Had to shelter my love for it around my peers until Outkast, specifically Andre 3000, did a version of My Favorite Thing. Not until recent years did i discover that John Coltrane wrote his My Favorite Things in 1961.It was absolutely dynamic to see how these three separate project intertwine. Remember the Titans was such are remarkable story. Learning that it was based on a true story made it a lesson worth watching. I fell in love with so much of the narrative.
