Lesia's ongoing journey of spiritual exploration, personal growth, and expansion of consciousness is the foundation for her first book, Soul Excavation: An Exploration and Discovery of Self Through Fear, Failure, and Quantum Physics. Through Soul Excavation, Lesia has helped hundreds to let go of the limiting thoughts, stories, and beliefs that have kept them feeling stuck, freeing them to live the life they want and are meant to live.
