Meet the guest: Dr. Guillermo Téllez-Isaias is an international consultant in poultry gut health, microbiome science, and probiotic technologies, and the founder of Gut Health LLC. A veterinarian, microbiologist, inventor, and former Research Professor at the University of Arkansas, Dr. Téllez-Isaias has spent more than 40 years developing and commercializing solutions for poultry health, pathogen control, and production performance. He earned a DVM and an M.S. in Avian Pathology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Ph.D. in Veterinary Microbiology and Immunobiology from Texas A&M University.
