The website now receives over 2.5 million visitors each month and offers readers insightful and encouraging advice on motherhood, marriage, relationships, grief, faith, and life, as well as a collection of faith-inspired clothing (best-seller So God Made a Mother t-shirt) and lifestyle products. • Welleum With CEO Jacqueline Gomez
When one mom of three was told the only option for her child’s Crohn’s was steroids and daily meds, she questioned why there wasn’t talk of a specific diet, stress management, or supplements to help prevent and treat flare-ups. As a yogi and whole health advocate, she began to search for options to support her decision-making. What she found was a disparate collection of opinions from acupuncturists, herb suggestions in blogs, hard-to-understand scientific studies, and websites promoting products with little to no quality control. As she pieced it all together, she wondered if she was the only one lacking a quality resource and set out to do something about it.
