Josh Katz jumps on this week's episode, one of Australia's youngest emerging Judo practitioners.


At the age of 18, he became the youngest Australian male to represent his country in Judo at the 2016 Olympic Games, alongside his brother Nathan Katz both becoming the first brothers to compete in Judo at the same Olympic Games for Australia.

Now only 23 years old, Josh has his sights set towards his second Olympic Games.


The Katz family has a long history of Judo in Australia with mother Kerrye Katz competing at the 1988 Olympics and farther Robert Katz heavily involved with coaching for the Australian Judo team.
