Holy shit. What a difference a year makes.

One year ago, we started Permission Slip with a commitment to show up real, raw, and radically free.

What we couldn’t have imagined was just how much life would ask us to live those words.

In this special one-year anniversary episode, Karen and Diamond look back at a year filled with heartbreaks, unexpected challenges, uncomfortable realizations, spectacular fuck-ups, and some of the most profound personal transformations we’ve ever experienced.

And we’re not just celebrating how far we’ve come.
