Whatsup Yall we are back with a dope new episode! This time we caught up with  @ChefGeoffCole  right in time before his Chef Fest Event. He took us back to his roots of being the first American in his family, coming up witnessing the street life living with mother, to cooking for world leaders, securing government contracts, getting into the music game, and dropping gems along the way.

He also brought his son Grackzz through, and we touched on music, touring, and what's next for him in the industry.

This time we sat down with Robert as he took us through his journey of growing up in South Central LA and what came with it. We commend him for facing the trials that he has and still keeping a positive mindset towards elevation and overcoming past Trauma.

On today's episode we sat down with Lawrence Cottle . He took us through his journey growing up in Compton, proving his self at a young age before and after being incarcerated and navigating prison while becoming a better person.

In this Reentry Network Podcast episode, we have Quan Huyn; an executive director got Defy Ventures, and an author of the transformational novel, "Sparrow in the Razor Wire." Through this episode, Quan opens up about the struggles of being a Vietnamese immigrant and how growing up in a struggling environment dictated where he was going to end up in life. Unfortunately, it did; Quan was sentenced to life for second-degree murder.

Quan had spent 22 years in and out of prison bars. Long after Quan began to re-evaluate his past actions and how his lifestyle impacted those around him. As the eldest son of a Vietnamese family who had for years struggled with the loss of his father; Quan felt he needed to evolve into a better version of himself. Once Quan was able to accept accountability, he was able to forgive his past self and help others do the same. Quan found a sense of purpose helping others refind themselves and fight for a second chance.
