360: [Tina Larsson] The money most co-op and condo owners don't think to question
I get the opportunity to speak with Tina Larsson, Owner of the Folson Group, about why nearly 66 million Americans living in co-ops, condos, and HOAs are sitting on a financial blind spot that could cost them far more than they realize.
Tina Larsson is the co-founder of The Folson Group, a New York City co-op and condo consultant. After saving her own building $340,000, she and her husband, Mark Foley started The Folson Group to help NYC coop and condo owners increase their property values. She is the author of Living the High Life, frequent podcast guest and speaker, and holds a LEED Green Associate designation. Tina also created the Folson Board Academy, an online course that gives co-op and condo board members the business framework they need before something goes wrong. Tina is on a mission to support NYC condo and co-op boards optimize their buildings, because smart coop and condo boards don't go it alone.
