Surprise! Ashtyn came to Oregon for a week & we had to take the opportunity to record a surprise episode catching up on the last few months. One of the biggest life updates is that Sierra is now a mama to baby Brooks + is sharing her crazy birth story this week on the podcast! 30 hours of unmedicated labor + 6 hours of pushing later... baby Brooks entered the world.
