The GREAT COMMISSION | Jesus Commanded Us to GO! Are We Obeying?

Jesus Christ gave His followers a command: GO into all the world, preach the Gospel, baptize, and make disciples. But are we actually doing what He commanded?

The Great Commission wasn't simply a suggestion. It was a mission given by Jesus Christ to His disciples, and it's a mission that continues today.

In this episode of the Discipleship Series, Kayla and Elwood break down the Great Commission, what Jesus actually commanded His followers to do, and why sharing the Gospel is the responsibility of every believer—not just pastors, evangelists, or missionaries.

Matthew 28:19–20 (KJV)

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
