This session will demystify stress as defined by an individual's beliefs, attitudes, institutional arrangements, and actions from people around them. Our social support or social strains tend to affect us in many different ways. Carvinta will break down in small chunks how combining social and cultural factors can determine how we react to stress in stressful events. She will effectively cover how to use simple resources and strategies to deal with many factors that can have us respond to stress using positive forces.
