Through this platform, I will explore how white privilege and institutional racism encapsulate minorities within social shells that restrict social growth. Furthermore, I will delve into how racist attitudes, values and beliefs undermine organizational efforts and drive lost profits. To that, I will also recommend solutions to foster a more inclusive working space.
