- Video Podcasts: Why I Don't Want You To Hire My Studio
When you hire a podcast studio, you are not buying a video asset — you are buying a bottleneck.
Standard podcast studio hire doesn't make your life easier. It hands you production debt — a massive editing to-do list that kills your content's ROI before it ever hits the feed.
What is the Zero-Post Production System?
In this breakdown, Jason Caffrey unpacks the Zero-Post Production System — a live-switching video workflow designed to eliminate the backlog of unedited footage.
This approach is designed for three distinct outcomes:
For Marketing Leaders: It creates asset velocity, ensuring you get finished assets in less than 24 hours — instead of managing a hard drive full of raw files.
For Event Directors: It is a risk reduction strategy, ensuring the cost of your event is instantly captured and preserved without technical failure or delay.
For Industry Experts: It is a concierge service, handing off the mechanics of production so you can focus on high-value billable work.
Jason explains how shifting the Creative Kin video podcast studio to an As-Live workflow allows ready-to-publish, multi-cam edits to be delivered instantly. Learn how to stop letting your best ideas die on a hard drive and start building an Authority Engine for your brand.
"You spent your money on production quality, but all you really bought was a video editing to-do list. By the time you get to the end of it, you're wishing it had never started."

S1E3 - 35m - Mar 5, 2024 - SEO for Podcasters - How an indie show achieved 400% growth
How can podcasters use Search Engine Optimisation to drive growth for their show?
And how many downloads does a podcast need to attract sponsorship?
The SEO Mindset, the podcast Sarah McDowell co-hosts with career coach Tamzin Suleman, has grown its audience by more than 400% over the two years since it launched.
And after starting the show as a passion project, Sarah has now secured the third commercial sponsor for the podcast.
Sarah says her success in attracting sponsors to the show is not about massive download numbers. Instead she says it is more important to show sponsors they can reach an active listenership through The SEO Mindset.
"I'm a firm believer that you can still get sponsors if you are aligned with any sponsor, any brand, any organization," Sarah says, "if they know that they can have access to an engaged audience."
