Carlos and Peter hop on the draft podcast to talk through one of the most interesting up-arrow prospects from the 2023 draft class: Rangers righthander Alejandro Rosario. Who was Rosario as an amateur prospect and how has he changed after nearly a full season under his belt in pro ball? Is it stuff? Approach? Command? Mechanics? All of the above? And are there lessons to be learned from his excellent 2024 season?

Since the shrinking of the minor leagues post-2020, independent baseball leagues are playing a larger role in the development picture. We ask if a non-affiliated Independent minor league team would offer a benefit to the minor league structure.
