Mags didn’t see herself as a leader, but she knew she needed to take action on the climate emergency. In 2025 she set up Incredible Edible Perranporth as a demonstration of the power of small actions, and to help people change the way they view food and community. "It really is for everybody… You don't have to volunteer to get some of this. It's just here. It's the people's veg, isn't it?"
