A question we have to ask ourselves often - am I in the right room? Not only whether you came to the kitchen for a bath or the bedroom for a cup of tea, but whether the places, people, and things you are busy with really suit where you are in your life. Are you in the right room, and if not, how can you start moving there?

Which room is this? R&R .ep87

In this (almost) sole-episode by M, he explores what it means to live a life worth living. And no, it is not the one, as seen on TV.

Setting yourself up for success is sometimes easier than you think. The shoes already by the door for the morning walk. Coffee set up to start when you get back. Keys in the same place every time.Habits do not maintain themselves — but setting yourself up to get there faster is possible. And sometimes easier than you think.

Not naturally neat. Not naturally organised. Just like most of us.The acronym OHIO has become one of our most used tools — not just for keeping the workspace clear, but for keeping the mind clear enough to make better decisions.Only. Handle. It. Once.Deal with it. Move on. And stop standing in the middle of the room wondering what you came in for.

Do you remember the last time you thought of someone you haven't spoken to in a while, trying to remember the last time you did speak. Then you think of those other voices that went quiet, the faces you don't see, or worse, cannot even remember. Neglect is a thing, and we have to actively make an effort.

Neglect... .ep127

And the irony is we all pretend we hate interruptions... In the middle of preparing a meal a nosy neighbor wanting to borrow some flour is a nuisance. Right in the middle of our favorite TV show a doorbell that rings will have us furious. The person interrupting us when we are having a conversation at the coffee station. We hate interruptions, or so we say. So why do we still allow those notifications to rule our life?

We all know someone who runs towards the fire waving their arms — and somehow makes it worse. This week's R&R — Rewind and Replay — is a reminder that sometimes the best thing you can do with a problem is stop, step back, and ask whether it was ever really a problem to begin with.Take Back Time - available on Amazon

This one is dedicated to our good friend Z - for teaching us about the term "kissing frogs". Mannnn, we've done a lot of that recently, but the beauty of it is that we have learned to recognise and value the non-frogs way faster.
