TGB - Ep. 18 - Managing Workplace Bullying & Accountability as Leaders in Organizations S1/4

52m | Aug 25, 2021

This is episode 4 in the series: "Superman Isn't Coming, Save Yourself".

The content in this series is based on a survey our Founder, Michelle Horlbogen, conducted in the spring of 2021 about how prepared (or not) high school and college graduates felt to enter the workplace and deal with a potential toxic culture or workplace bullying.

This episode is a recording of a class Michelle taught at Mt. St. Mary's University to an MBA Leadership class, as the guest of Professor Greg Hofe in early 2021. In it, Michelle addresses the topics of workplace bullying, workplace culture & accountability in leadership, followed by Q & A.
