Empowering Women and Girls in Tech with Sheba Ayinzabyonna
34m | Apr 7, 2026What if the opportunity to change your life… is just one skill away?
In this inspiring episode, Sheba Ayinzabyonna—Ugandan tech leader, front-end developer, and digital empowerment advocate—shares how she’s helping women and girls step into the world of technology, even with zero experience. Through her work as a Code Queen lead facilitator with Educating the Children, Sheba has trained women to build real-world tech skills, gain confidence, and transition into careers—some even before finishing university.
But this conversation goes beyond coding. It’s about access, courage, and breaking limitations. Sheba opens up about mentoring women through Girls for Girls, supporting those navigating male-dominated spaces, and helping women—especially those who married young—discover new pathways to independence and income. If you’ve ever wondered how one skill, one mentor, or one decision could completely shift your future, this episode will show you what’s possible—and why now is the time to start.
