In the late 80's and early 90's a masked man wreaked havoc throughout Melbourne, Australia, creating a sense of terror for all parents. Dubbed "Mr. Cruel," the man broke into homes in the dead of night, abducting young girls, and to this day has never been caught. Azra and Katie cover the still unsolved case of Mr. Cruel, talking the crimes, investigation, suspects, as well as conspiracies that involve a possible link to the Golden State Killer.
