Ep. 60- "Is Drinking a Sin?" A Reaction to the Think Deeper Podcast

In June 2023, the Think Deeper Podcast manned by Jack Wilkie, Joe Wilkie, and Will Harrub recorded a podcast episode answering the question, "Is drinking a sin?" Multiple friends of mine told me they had heard this episode. This is a hotly debated topic in the church. These brothers take the position that a Christian can drink alcohol for recreational purposes, though they do discourage the practice. I published a book years ago entitled The Christian & Alcohol, making the case that it is a sin to drink alcohol except for medicinal purposes.

I provide the full segment of the Think Deeper Podcast on this subject and react throughout, responding to their arguments, giving my own insights where I disagree. I hope listeners consume this episode in the same spirit with which I created it.
