In the fifth episode, Patrick and Linda talk about the virtue of Old Time Radio shows like the Whistler and how they featured even this small town of Ketchikan, Alaska, then we marvel at the rugged Paul Revere cigarette brand that aligned itself with huskies, float planes, and canoes in the 1950s. Following a bit of divergence into death and dying, they listen to one of the great Alaskan audio mysteries of the internet: Did Jewel listen to Warner Herzog and destroy the Timothy Treadwell cassette tape? Will we ever know? To cap it all off, they finally play Alaska by Baby Dave, which also features bears eating people. Hope you like it!
