Today we’re discussing What is Memory? How it works in the Brain & Body? What is the difference between Short- & Long-term memory?
Short term memory is stored temporarily for seconds to minutes. It could be anything from where you parked your car to what you ate for lunch.
Long-term memory is the process in the brain of taking information from the short-term memory and creating long lasting memories. Examples could include things such as your wedding day, graduation day, or a special birthday.
