The Hitchhiker

haddeus, a researcher at a hospital, is heading home after a long shift when he picks up a hitchhiker on the side of the road. What seems like a simple act of kindness quickly becomes more complicated as small inconsistencies begin to surface. As the situation unfolds, Thaddeus is forced to balance empathy with evidence, and decide how much trust to place in either when the stakes suddenly become real.
