In a world where fads are ever changing and life is ALWAYS living, SWEET POTATO WISDOM is your oasis of WHOLE PERSON WELLNESS. We’re not talking about your garden variety buzz word “wellness” either but instead marching head on into the multi-faceted and multi-dimensional aspects of what encompasses wellness for YOU…a WHOLE YOU. Wellness is not just how you move or what you eat, but also how you think, how you work, how you social, how you retreat/rest, how you respond to life’s ever shifting design and how to do so with GRACE and NOT perfection.
I’m bringing interesting takes and perspectives on your 4 primary pillars of wellness (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual (soul-full). Does it include finance, business, relationships, and communication? Absolutely! They have a huge impact on whole person wellness. Sometimes I’ll ride solo and other times I’ll bring my brilliant friends along to share on a ALL things LIFE & LIVING. This is about learning and growth on all levels. So while I don’t make you more money, I help you become a Well YOU so that you can make more money, experience more love, create more memories, access more time, and live more life, live your BEST life in fact! So as my grandmother would say, come on in and grab a slice of this goodness! This superfood goodness! It’s nourishing to the body, heart, mind, & soul! Sweet Potato Wisdom baby! Let’s go!
