Still Water, Serious Danger

A dog fell in a puddle. 24 hours later, a 20” wound appeared. This same week, a kid ended up in the emergency room room from a cut he got from rafting, his hand swelled to twice it’s size. Something is going on with the water this summer.Im seeing it on dogs and my customers are seeing it on family members because I’ve educatedthem. No one else seems to be noticing it.
