Ep 4: Spring Cleaning Internal And External Clutter
Last time, we talked about building good habits to make lasting changes in our lives. You need to take away the bad habits, too. There are a lot of things that are preventing us from living our best life. How will you achieve a full night’s sleep if your bed is always piled up with laundry? How will you meditate every morning if you’re getting work calls at 6:30AM? Clear away the physical clutter, and clear away the mental clutter. These are things that take over our thoughts and our lives and can spiral out of control if we don’t take them by the reins.
But there are unhealthy things we need to break and let go of, too. Mess, toxic relationships, emotional baggage, chaotic environments. These are things that tend to take over our lives and prevent us from living freely. Episode 4 of 6 with Success All founder Janet Martin
