Life is often very stressful for us, and we end up reacting negatively to situations. Either by getting aggressive, running away from our problems, or ignoring them until the get better. It’s normal for us to get anxious, overwhelmed, or stressed by what’s happening around us. But we can become better people by changing the way we react to such situations.
